Lubricating for machinery equipment is very important, which can ensure equipment to work safely, reduce wearing of equipment and increase efficiency. Firstly, we must pay attention to and try our best to lubricate machinery, so as to insure the regular running and long life of using about machinery machine.

Second, the using places and conditions determine types of lubricating oil. In general, we adopt Calcium base, sodium base and calcium sodium base grease.

Third, the space of lubricating oil in bearing is up to 50%. It needs to change every 3-6 months and should use clean oil and kerosene to clean raceways of roller bearing.

In addition, when sand production equipment is applied to the environment to explosions and fire accidents, lubricating oil must have ability to resist combustion.

Finally, a proper amount of grease should be injected between the bracket and the bracket before machine runs.
