Vibrating Screen is a multi-layer and high-efficient Vibrating Screen and can be used in construction site, quarry, mining insuatry and other induatries. There are many things that need to take care about installing, adjusting and running-in of Vibrating Screen. Now, Luoyang LZZG will introduce you about installing and adjustment of Vibrating Screen.

About install:

1. Firstly users should examine whether the parts is total and damaged or not before installing. If vibrator has left the factory more than six months, vibrator must unpick, wash, reassemble and change the clean lubricate oil.

2. The machine should be installed according to instruction. The bearing chassis should be installed on the base horizontally that has enough hardness and strength in order to support all move load and quiet load.

3. The four corners of the sieve box have lifting lugs and the four corners of the supporting frame have the lifting holes, which are to be carried out according to the requirements of the drawing, and cannot be hung directly on the vibrator to carry the whole sieve.

4. Sieve box should keep minim gap with hopper, trough and other non-sport parts.

5. According to free height to select damping spring, spring height on both sides at the front or back should be equal as far as possible. Screen should keep balance after sieve box is installed, or thin plate can be placed between sparing bearing and bearing parts.

Adjusting & running-in:
1. Spring must keep the state of vertical, bearing and the contact surface in spring should keep horizon. Bearing in spring can be anchored to sieve box and welted into one after adjusted.

2. According to driving directions to localize vibrating screen, users should observe motor position by facing to floe direction and get left or right drive.

3. The tension of v-belt should ensure the enough amount of adjustment and two belt wheel should consistent with grooves.

4. The machine should have running-in less then 2 hours after installed and adjusted.

5. After the no-load test is qualified, the load test can be put into operation, and the load test time can be carried out according to the technical test.

6. You must use your hand (or other method) to turn the exciter before the test. Rotation should be flexible. Without the phenomenon of card resistance, the machine can be officially started.
